These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and 67jl ("67jl," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of 67jl.asia and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the 67jl Platform in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform. Your continued use of 67jl following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of such changes. 67jl reserves the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice, except where material changes require notification under applicable Philippine law.

To register and maintain an account on 67jl, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Republic of the Philippines.
• You are a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, director, officer, consultant, agent, or family member of the immediate household of any 67jl employee or affiliate.
• You have not previously had a 67jl account closed, suspended, or terminated for cause.
• You are not acting on behalf of another person for the purposes of gambling on the Platform.

67jl reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and residential address at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in the suspension or permanent closure of your account and the withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

Each user is permitted to maintain a maximum of one (1) registered account on the 67jl Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information as requested by the registration form. This includes your legal full name, Philippine mobile number, date of birth, and preferred currency (Philippine Peso, PHP). You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and for updating it promptly if any details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 67jl login credentials (username and password). You must not share your login credentials with any third party. 67jl is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify 67jl immediately via customer support.

67jl accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. 67jl does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose its own charges.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment methods that match the name on your registered 67jl account.
• 67jl targets withdrawal processing within five (5) minutes during normal operating hours, though processing times may be extended during peak periods or where additional verification is required.
• Any bonus funds must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before the resulting winnings can be withdrawn.
• 67jl reserves the right to conduct identity verification (KYC) checks before processing any withdrawal. Users must provide valid government-issued identification when requested.
• Withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation if 67jl has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

All transactions are secured by 256-bit SSL encryption. 67jl maintains records of all financial transactions and may share such records with PAGCOR or law enforcement authorities upon lawful request.

67jl offers various bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be clearly stated at the time of the offer. General bonus terms applicable across all 67jl promotions include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. One bonus per player, household, or device applies unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated for each promotion.

• Using multiple accounts, bonus stacking, or any form of bonus abuse is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings.
• Bonuses have validity periods. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them will be voided automatically.

67jl reserves the right to determine at its sole discretion whether a player's betting activity qualifies as bonus abuse. Decisions made by 67jl in this regard are final and binding.

All bets placed on the 67jl Platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sport. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable game rules. General betting rules applicable across the 67jl Platform include:

• Bets are final once confirmed. Accidental bets, including those resulting from misclicks or misunderstanding of game rules, will not be reversed.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and may vary by game type, room, and player tier.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game session, 67jl will resolve the situation in accordance with its technical fault procedures. Where game results cannot be verified, bets may be voided and stakes returned.
• 67jl reserves the right to void any bet placed after the relevant event has concluded or where the bet was placed in error due to a technical or pricing fault.
• For sports betting, odds are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. Live betting odds are updated in real time and are binding at the point of placement.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 67jl Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform or place bets.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for personal gain. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to 67jl immediately.
• Engaging in fraudulent activity, including the use of stolen payment methods, falsified identity documents, or chargebacks.
• Laundering money or proceeds of criminal activity through the Platform.
• Creating multiple accounts or impersonating another person.
• Attempting to access or tamper with the Platform's backend systems, servers, or databases.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct toward 67jl staff or other users.

67jl cooperates fully with PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC) of the Philippines, and law enforcement authorities in the investigation of prohibited conduct. Where required by law, user account data and transaction records will be disclosed to the relevant authorities.

All content on the 67jl Platform — including but not limited to the 67jl brand name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and source code — is the exclusive intellectual property of 67jl or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any 67jl content without the prior written consent of 67jl.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 67jl and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

67jl's total aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

67jl does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. While 67jl uses reasonable efforts to maintain Platform availability, planned and unplanned maintenance may temporarily restrict access.

67jl is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform is entertainment for adults. 67jl provides the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings to control spending.
• Session Time Limits: Configure session duration reminders and automatic logouts after specified inactivity periods.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary or permanent self-exclusion from the Platform via customer support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.

• 67jl suspects fraudulent activity, identity theft, or money laundering.
• A user has requested self-exclusion under the responsible gaming policy.
• Regulatory or legal obligations require account closure.
• A user's account has been inactive for an extended period as defined by 67jl's dormancy policy.

Upon account closure for cause, 67jl reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance and void any pending bonuses or bonus winnings. Where closure is due to voluntary self-exclusion or inactivity, remaining verified balances will be returned to the user's registered payment method following satisfactory identity verification.

67jl collects, stores, and processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the 67jl Privacy Policy.

67jl complies with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by 67jl, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the 67jl Platform shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

67jl encourages users to contact customer support in the first instance to resolve any dispute informally. Most account and transaction issues can be resolved efficiently through the 67jl support team without formal proceedings.
