This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how 67jl ("67jl," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of 67jl.asia and all associated services and interfaces (collectively, the "Platform"), collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects the personal information of users ("you," "your," or "User") of the Platform.

For the purposes of the Data Privacy Act of 2012, 67jl is the Personal Information Controller responsible for your personal data collected through the Platform. 67jl determines the purposes for which and the manner in which your personal data is processed.

Identity and Contact Data:

• Full legal name as it appears on a government-issued identification document.
• Date of birth (required to verify the 21+ age requirement under PAGCOR regulations).
• Philippine mobile number and, where provided, email address.
• Residential address within the Philippines.

Financial Data:

• GCash or PayMaya account details, bank account numbers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank), or card details (Visa, Mastercard) used for deposits and withdrawals.
• Transaction history, including deposit amounts, withdrawal amounts, dates, and payment reference numbers.
• Wallet balance and bonus credit information.

Identity Verification Data (KYC):

• Copies of government-issued identification documents (e.g., Philippine passport, PhilSys National ID, UMID, SSS ID, driver's license, voter's ID).

67jl does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share your data only in the following circumstances and only to the extent necessary:

• Payment processors: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT processors receive the minimum financial data required to process your transactions.
• KYC and identity verification providers: Third-party verification services engaged to confirm identity and age as required by PAGCOR regulations.
• Game content providers: Game providers (e.g., JILI Games, PG Soft, Pragmatic Play) may receive anonymised session data for game operation and technical support purposes.
• Regulatory and law enforcement authorities: PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission, the Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), and Philippine law enforcement agencies, where disclosure is required by law or lawful order.

All third parties who process your data on behalf of 67jl are required to maintain the confidentiality and security of your data and to process it only for the specific purposes authorized by 67jl.

67jl retains your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable Philippine law. Specific retention periods include:

• Account and transaction data: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR record-keeping requirements and the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
• KYC documentation: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following the end of the business relationship, as required by the AMLC.
• Customer support records: Retained for three (3) years following resolution of the matter.
• Technical logs and usage data: Retained for up to twelve (12) months for security and operational purposes, after which they are anonymised or deleted.

Following the expiry of the applicable retention period, your personal data will be securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with 67jl's data disposal procedures.

67jl implements comprehensive technical and organisational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Our security measures include:

• 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data in transit between your device and 67jl servers.
• Encryption of sensitive data at rest, including financial records and identity documents.
• Multi-factor authentication for all administrative access to systems containing personal data.
• Regular security audits, penetration testing, and vulnerability assessments by qualified cybersecurity professionals.

In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in harm to affected users, 67jl will notify the National Privacy Commission and affected users in accordance with the Data Privacy Act's breach notification requirements within the prescribed timeframes.

67jl uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on the Platform for the following purposes:

• Essential cookies: Required for the Platform to function correctly, including maintaining your login session and remembering your preferences. These cannot be disabled.
• Analytics cookies: Used to collect aggregated, anonymised data about how users interact with the Platform, enabling 67jl to improve usability and performance.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact 67jl via the details provided in Section 14. 67jl will acknowledge your request within 72 hours and provide a full response within fifteen (15) business days, or within such longer period as permitted by the DPA where complexity requires it.

The 67jl Platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above in accordance with PAGCOR regulations. 67jl does not knowingly collect or process personal data of individuals below this age threshold. If 67jl becomes aware that it has inadvertently collected personal data from a person below 21 years of age, such data will be deleted immediately and the relevant account will be permanently closed.

If you have reason to believe that a person under 21 has registered an account on the Platform, please notify 67jl immediately via customer support.

67jl may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our data practices, Platform features, or applicable Philippine law. Material changes to this Policy will be communicated to registered users via in-Platform notification or by other appropriate means prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this Policy. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of an updated Policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated Policy, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting 67jl support.
